Thanks so much for your hard work! I really appreciate all you do, it gives patients like me hope. Here is my story:
I am over 30yrs and I was diagnosed with retroperitoneal Leiomyosarcoma (Li-Fraumeni β TP53 mutation). Removed tumor was an encapsulated giant mass - 27cm and weighed 5kg, it grew back and the mass is over 10cm already. It was growing really fast β a few inches a month, it was not possible to find where it derives from, all removed organs were histopathologically clean - maybe retroperitoneal smooth muscles, vessels...
I started Mebendazol 800mg/d and Ivermectin 12mg/d in February, I noticed tumor did not get larger and I did not need blood transfusions since then, my hemoglobin went up β something I have not seen for a long time. I am inoperable - stage 4, I did not take chemo/radio/immuno. I am looking for alternatives, I do not have anything to lose.
